The series

Find Your Reason is our own series of short documentaries about three athletes from very different walks of life. Each has a different reason to keep going when it would be easier to stop.

The films

The Road to Olympics. National rings specialist Ally Hamuda started gymnastics at eight. Two decades later he’s pushing through his final Olympic cycle, aiming for LA 2028. It’s a story of grit, not natural talent: the boy who stayed when others left.

Emillia. A single mother of two who thought chest-to-bar pull-ups were impossible, until Borneo Fittest 24, when her daughters became her reason.

Marie. Her doctor gave her two options: start blood-pressure medication or start exercising. She chose to train at CrossFit Kuching, and her son became her reason to reach the podium.
